What is Nature at Work™?
Nature at Work™ is a five-week program designed to reduce your mental fatigue, digital overwhelm/work, stress, burnout, and feelings of disconnection.
You will build an internal & external nature reserve to increase happiness, curiosity, creativity, and connection.
By joining weekly 1-hr community calls, you will learn the importance of nature connection and sensory-exploration.
Between sessions, you will combine this learning through a series of simple nature prompts and experiential activities to develop a simple practice to support health and wellness both at home and at work.
