Come back to your senses with a natural approach to wellbeing.

What is Nature at Work™?

Nature at Work™ is a five-week program designed to reduce your mental fatigue, digital overwhelm/work, stress, burnout, and feelings of disconnection.

You will build an internal & external nature reserve to increase happiness, curiosity, creativity, and connection.

By joining weekly 1-hr community calls, you will learn the importance of nature connection and sensory-exploration.

Between sessions, you will combine this learning through a series of simple nature prompts and experiential activities to develop a simple practice to support health and wellness both at home and at work.

Why Nature at Work™ now?

We spend an average of 90% of our time indoors and,  

8 hours of our day is spent on a digital device so that,

Approximately 2/3 of Canadians are Vitamin D deficient and 23% have reported a high degree of life stress (pre-Covid-19) and,

We are taking more time away from work due to health related causes.

Nature exposure is beneficial to ALL OF US! This program is designed to support anyone who is seeking a greater connection to nature, creativity, curiosity, and happiness.

Nature at Work™ is ideally suited for teams, and workplaces where employees spend a majority of their time behind a computer. In office or remote workers both benefit from this program.
