Full Moon Forest Therapy Walk
Join us for a 2.5 – 3 hour guided forest therapy walk at the H.R. Frink Conservation Area to reawaken the senses and experience a deeper connection to yourself and the natural world around you!
Guided by the light of the moon, this walk will offer a new way of exploring your senses, while noticing the sights, sounds, and scents of the forest at night!
You will be warmed up by a campfire as you complete the walk!
What is forest therapy? Also known as “forest bathing” or “Shinrin-Yoku”, forest therapy is a practice that promotes a state of inner peace and relaxation through sensory restoration. It is a slow-paced and gentle practice that is physically undemanding and can be done by anyone, at any athletic level.
This walk is in partnership with Quinte Conservation and has been supported by Bay of Quinte Tourism!
Registration is through Quinte Conservation.
