Rewild Wellness - Rewilding the way we think about wellness

Rewild Wellness

At Rewild Wellness, I help organizations and individuals rediscover the power of nature to foster well-being, build community, and create meaningful impact. As an SSHRC award recipient with a Masters in Community Development, I bring both academic rigour and hands-on experience to everything I do, ensuring that every program and initiative is rooted in theory and real-world application. Through bespoke consulting, program design, and facilitation, I work closely with clients to develop tailored, nature-based solutions that promote sustainability, equity, and connection.
