Meet Jess Spooner, a nature & community-focused entrepreneur, wilderness guide, coach, and public speaker based in Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia.
She works with clients as a guide, coach, and facilitator. She specializes in working with clients interested in an experiential approach to learning, sustainability, nature connection, living off the beaten path, community building in the outdoors, wellness, mindset, eco-psychology, and adventure!
She is the founder of Rewild Wellness, a company dedicated to rebuilding our connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world through Forest Therapy, Wellness Coaching and Community Building which includes Women Hike Wild, a wilderness adventure program specializing in all-inclusive backpacking adventures for women.
She has guided nature-based workshops for Evergreen Brick Works, Quinte Conservation, Ganaraska Conservation, We Thrive Wellness Centre, Wellness Coalition Avalon-East, Loyalist College, Quinte Woodlot Association, and the Memorial University Botanical Gardens.
She teaches Living Green: Practical Ways to Start Today at Loyalist College, a course she created and has been running since 2015. Other courses include Day-Hiking 101 and Your Natural Path.
Jessica is the creator and host of Shine, a weekly radio program which showcases the lives and work of some incredible women who are making the world a better place.
